Which SEO Technique I Should Choose. If have the option to select only one Technique?

As I already Mentioned in my title.

* With which SEO Technique I should go if I have the option to use only 1 Technique for increase organic users. Even I can do it all they day. But which 1 is best.

* How to do it if it's different then usually used techniques.

* Many People commented there are 100 or 200 techniques. But can they tell how many sites are using all 200 techniques? I don't think Small or Mid-Size websites are using all those techniques.
----------- Even when somebody normally asks what SEO technique he/she need to use. Expert Tell me 10-20 Technique which covers almost all work.

* Some People Advised On-Page issue fixing. Did you please read the thread completely? I clearly mentiond. I want to know about top 1 Off-Page Technique
My On-Page issues are already fixed.

Mostly When we search on the internet find many articles like top 10 SEO techniques or top 5 SEO techniques or top 20 SEO techniques. But I asked this question because many time we have very less time. So, In that condition which 1 Techniques I should prefer? When there are top 10 techniques so of course. Anyone techniques will perform better than other 9 I want to know which 1.

I did not say, I want to be on page 1 using just one technique. What I mean was which 1 technique is best than other techniques for organic traffic. I don't think every technique have equal value. Well, buying apples is also not very easy when you decide to buy it for business purpose.

If I had to choose only one SEO technique, I would create awesome unique content with a mind blowing (bordering on click-baity) SEO friendly title.

Usually this works because people love to share good content.
That creates back links to the contents and also ranks your page better in search engines.

All other techniques don't work if your page has crap content.

  All other techniques don't work if your page has crap content.
  
  Spot on! Content is king. Sites/blogs with quality, relevant, and absolutely engaging content rank better than sites that suck at the same thing.

There are more than 200 signals used by Google to rank websites and you want us to give you just one that is the most important? Sorry but none of them is worth a thing without at least some of the others.

SEO is about two things only - backlinks and content and all of the ranking signals are a part of those two things.

  Mostly I read lots of the article written by expert i.e - Top 10 seo Techniques, Top 5 Seo techniques, Top 20 Seo techniques. SO instead of 10, 5, 20 I asked Top 1 Seo techniques. There must be an exact answer.

The only sco you should even think about doing should be from authority websites

authority websites are sites that have been around for a while ...search engine likes them....

.not one that was created a year ago

so

use your niche and do a google search for websites in your niche
then
create your own high quality backlinks yourself because only then

will you know that they are of high quality
