My website home page not appearing on google search results

Hi there guys I have this site and I have good traffic on this site but the thing is that if you go from this key word "jobs in pakistan" or any other you cannot locate anywhere on the first page. This site is receiving good hits and there are other pages of the site in google search but not the homepage I have worked on this key word but it is not giving any kind result please help.

    Did you search it by Links:yoursite.com? If any links of your site don't appear in SERP, assume that your site was penalized by Google.
    sometimes google test you by ranking down.By this test, Google can know about your ambition. This time is for waiting and not create many backlinks for getting back the position.

    You should analyze your first in order to get safe keyword ranking. By using google analytic you got to know where is the problem.

    Firstly Check your web master tool is there any notification from google or not?Then analyze your keyword and homepage. And Check On page requirement.
    After this check you backlinks on home page may because of spamy backlink google has penelized your site.

      No I havent received any email, you can check it yourself. The traffic is not an issue at all my alexa rank is much better than many sites that are on the front page but its been 8 years you know now people even remember the name of my site I dont understand why it is not working.

    As for the site itself, is it super spammy-looking? Does it send out a message that Google would not be keen of? Obviously the keyword sounds really helpful, so all OK there. Have you build the site around helpful content totally related to getting jobs in Pakistan? Just trying to figure why it would not appear on Google with some thinking trouble shooting.

      No the site is good nothing related to spam. No it doesnt. Yes of course since the website is related to jobz everything is related to jobz.
