I am working on a keyword from last couple of months but I have no clue how to rank my website. I did On Page SEO, Writing effective articles, Doing Blog comments and also creating web 2.0 but still not ranking.
Website is First Coast Garage Door
Keyword is "Broken Garage Door"

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    You must first make sure that your site is properly optimized for your targeted keyword(s),
    Here are some good on page optimization guidelines to follow:
    • Home Title Tag: your main keyword should show up twice here, with a variation of that keyword
    • H1, H2, & H3 Tags: these tags are very important(especially <H1>), and should always contain your keyword.
    • Keyword Location Within Text: try to place each your keyword near the beginning of the first sentence of each paragraph (maintaining at least 100 words between paragraphs).
    • Keyword Density: you should aim for a density of 2% for each keyword that you're targeting.
    • Use Your Keywords as Anchor Text on your page: link to an internal page on your site, and then link to an authority site (eg: wikipedia) that is related to your keyword.
    • Images: use the "alt tag" and rename your images to your chosen keywords.
    • Decorate Your Keywords: bold, italicise, or underline your keyword at least one time.
    • Google Loves Unique Content: add content to your site on a frequent basis

    Once your site is properly optimized, you need to build the following types of backlinks in order to rank well: those that are dofollow, relevant, on sites with high DA (domain authority) and contextual (surrounded by text related to your keywords/niche).

    Post currently in the google + page referring back to recent bog posts.

    Use the ahrefs tool here on WF to see what backlinks your competition has and get those links PLUS more.
    Post an article on the bottom of home page that talks about broken garage door with 3 important points of information:
    1 outbound link to authority site like Genie or Wikipedia for garage door
    2 a list of the cities that you service
    3 an embedded video about garage doors it would be best if you had a video of your own service but any video bout broken garage door will serve.

    I have just checked the page, and firstly - I can see it ranking in Google.com, it`s just on page 15. Secondly, it can be optimized for that desired keyword way better if you'd like to rank for it; here are the current optimization details (you can maximize the pic) - the keyword is only present in title and description, and is found nowhere in body and other tags:
