    If by project you mean paying client, no, now isn't the time.

    If by project you mean your own website, yes, now is the time.

    Yes Offcourse ! Its right time to take projects if you are dead sure about the projects and easily handle them and Be ware of your deals because google updates my disappoint on results .

    I don't there is no major SEO changes. The tactics are same like 2016. But now a days link building through outreach is a great tactics. Also guest posting has great value to search engine.

    The best SEO practice is creating awesome industry-related and helpful content that is shareable and will help drive traffic to your website. Outside of this, if you have a website I would make sure to build it out, make sure each page on your website that you want to be a potential "landing page" has a few hundred words and includes the keyword phrase you want to rank for multiple times (at least once in an H2, once as a image alt text, and then in the first and last paragraph). It is also a god idea to add inbound links to other pages on your website and a couple outbound links to reputable websites as well.

    If you are a local business, start working on your NAP consistency by filling out social media profiles and online business directories with the exact same name, address, phone number and website to help your Google maps rankings.
