How to connect SEO people with sales results

I tried to find good and reliable SEO team Freelancer several times, but they just offered their packages - backlinks, articles etc. However, I want to pay them in connection with results of their work - conversions and sales. Any ideas how to find mutually agreeable solution?

    Conversions and sales?

    SEO people get your pages higher in the ranks. That means you get your pages seen by more people.

    That does not mean that any of the extra people will actually visit your site, let alone buy something.

    If your site does not convert, more people seeing it will not get you more money. If your site already converts, more people will transalte into you getting more money.

    Paying a marketer who does SEO based on sales makes sense, but not an SEO. An SEO has done his/her job if he/she has gotten your site to rank higher for the keywords you two agreed on.

    You're also going to run into trust questions: how does the SEO person know you made or did not make X number of sales?

    You can find good SEOs that will take PART of their payment on commission but I know none that will do all the work on just the promise they will be paid.

    I See people here try and .make those proposals but it's asking the SEO to take ALL the risk when they don't control all the
    Other parts of the business.

    Why won't a good SEO take that offer? Because they can and probably are ranking sites where they make 100% of the profit. You are essentially looking for a partner and MILlions of people have lost big with partnerships.

    You have to base it on Rank Position. The SEO guy doesn't care about sales, if you they rank your site for the Keywords you choose and you make no sales then that's on you.

    Also SEO is continuous, it can rank, then lose the rank. You have to continuously maintain and tweak your content to reference what people search on.

    No sane SEO will take that deal. It is not up to SEO to ensure conversions nor sales, just traffic.

    If SEO wants to be paid for conversions and sales, why do they need you?

    But, funny side thing, I am in no way affiliated with guy or guys who run this site I'll mention, however they actually have "Pay for Performance" as their selling point. Google RankPay if you want to talk to them, however I have serious doubts that anyone will actually work upfront, without payment, with hopes that someone else makes money first, and then pay them percentage. It just makes no sense to me as a concept whatsoever.

      Bait and switch with that company . You Pay if you are even still on page 3 which no one else but them considers as "ranking"

    Bottomline: SEO is about getting traffic, conversion is a separate thing. Both may be parts of your marketing-to-sales funnel.
