I am having a real estate website with thousands of pages. I deleted or removed approx 500 hundred pages in my website which properties were no longer available. and now it created a 500 error in my webmaster tool. how to solve this 500 error. Is this impacting my website crawl rate, as out of total of 35657 pages of my website only 8450 pages are indexed in google.

You should have a "real" real estate site, that updates each listing automatically as modified by real estate agents and MLS listings.

Any real-real estate site has that.

It seems as if you are just trying to get something out of a fake real estate site and do updates by hand.

That is insane on all levels.

I can only assume that there exists databases, scripts, etc. available for such real sites at a cost.

Your only choice is to instead of deleting the pages, put a "no longer available" headline at the top.

But then. that's a bandaid. You will never solve the problem unless you do auto-updates. And that might be impossible if you must be a real estate agent to get the databases.

Why not start that fake plastic surgeon site?
