Small descriptions under navigation links to look like Adsense ads = Google trouble?

I was just wondering today about Adsense Ads and how I may eventually want to put them on a web site...not so much as a practical matter but out of curiosity (since I will follow recommended template themes that have showed higher CTR's at first).
Would putting small descriptions under my navigation links such as putting "My thoughts on web site design" under the navigation link of "Design Considerations" to make them look more like Google ads get me into trouble with Google?
Would it violate their TOS for sites with Adsense?
