I developed one forum in which user can ask anything regarding open source.
The website is completed and I started to work on backlinks since last 15 days but I didn't get any traffic yet.

    Your forum URL is not working. I think there is an issue on your domain server. If your website is not working, then how can you get traffic...?

    I think it's smart to start a blog and use the traffic from that to populate the forum. I don't think it's wise to just open a forum before you have some buzz going. Start a blog, and once you get a healthy amount of comments, start inviting your users to join the forum and have their discussions there.

    You have a good domain. Now you need to promote your domain and your project. 15 days that's nothing and is expectable not having lots of visitors.
    First you have to design a strategy for attracting visitors and subscribers. Only then you'll see the results. Good luck!

    I first see the name of your site hard to remember and when it comes to people it is difficult to correctly hit it on the search bar. And a development forum I think needs more than 15 days.
