How do I get my webpage off page 2 on google?

I have been trying for months to get my website off page 2 on google but just seems like its impossible. I have looked on YouTube for answers and i came across some thing called the google sand box but if im in this sand box how the hell do you get out?

How can i increase my Page Rank if this is what it takes?

    What exactly have you been doing? You say you have "been trying for month", but that doesn't tell us anything.
