My site doesn't have a single dedicated IP. Will this create problems in my SEO campaign?

I have to promote a website that has no dedicated IP address and is hosted on a common hosting provider. Will this affect my keyword ranking and SEO campaign?

No You will be fine no issues. Only issue that you will face is that the server response time will be slow.
Here's what I would suggest and I personally do from time to time.
Instead of using normal shared hosting. Use Digital ocean 5$ droplet it can easily handle 10-20 smaller sites without any problem and when any website starts receiving tons of hits daily just shift them to an individual droplet.

The majority of websites on the internet do not have a dedicated IP.

I have a VPS server with 5 sites on the server sharing the same IP address. If all 5 sites are for say 'dog training', and I wanted to rank those 5 sites in Google. Is it bad to have them all on the same server with the same IP? Or should I buy a dedicated IP for each site? Thanks

It depends. Do you care if Google knows you own those 5 sites? If you do, then I wouldn't host them together. If you don't, then it won't make one bit of difference.

Hey Mike, thanks for the reply.

Not really, but my only concern is that they will all be ranking for the same keywords, so I was wondering if there would be any negative seo effect. If they were completely different sites in different niches then I wouldn't mind them being on the same IP.

Well, if this is what you're worry about then buy IP from your provider for extra
$10 per month and then sit tight and watch how you're wasting your money.

99.999999% of sites has been bundled and this how thing are when it comes to shared hosting.
