Traffic in spots 1-3 vs. 8-10

What's usually the difference in traffic between the top of the first page and the bottom of the first page? I imagine it's relatively significant, but I'm not sure how much so. The reason I ask is I'm trying to figure out what to do with a few sits that are ranked on the bottom of the first page but are receiving no traffic (maybe one click a day). Is it worth the extra effort to get them moved up? Seems like if they're only receiving 4-5 visitors a day it wouldn't be, so I ought to just let them be and focus my attention elsewhere.

Most studies show that the #1 spot gets 80% of the traffic. . . .

I have attached a file from a page I found on the web on this subject. I don't know how accurate these numbers are, but I have seen the numbers discussed in other places and the numbers seem to be fairly close. So I am guessing that they aren't too far off.

Please understand that the numbers will be influenced by the titles and descriptions that go along with the listing.

The top spots get nearly all of the traffic, can't remember the exact spots but it makes sense. Most people who don't find what they want in the first few results try a different search phrase.
