How To Integrate Google Analytics And Adsense?

Ok, so I have only recently decided to add Adsense to a few of my sites and inside my account there was a link that said "Integrate with analytics" or something to that effect.
When I followed the link it gave me code that I was supposed to add to each page, however, I wasn't sure where to put it. All of the sites in question are Wordpress sites and all use the Flexibility Theme. In that theme, you just add your Analytics publisher ID and it automatically collects your data so I have no idea where I'm supposed to put the code.
Additionally, I'm not sure what I did but now in my Adsense account the link just says, "Go to analytics account" instead so now I both;
- Don't know where I'm supposed to put the code, or;
- How to even find the code again.
I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me..
