Indexing question

Hi everyone!
I'm new to posting on the forums but I have been visiting this site pretty much daily for about 7 months now

! I have a (newbie) question about getting a website indexed.

About a week ago, I purchased 2 add-on domains (from hostgator) and set up my 2nd and 3rd Wordpress blogs via WordpressDirect on two entirely unrelated niches. My question is: I have already waited a week to get indexed/spidered... how long more do you all think it will take to get my websites indexed?

I have already submitted my sites and the site maps to the search engines and with the help of Angela's and Paul's backlink programs (and Traffic-Bug), attained a healthy although not excessivly large amount of backlinks.

Just wondering if there is anything special about add-on domains etc. since my first blog with WPD (on the same Hostgator account) and my first website (on GoDaddy) both got indexed within about 72 hours.

Thanks in advance for your help! I've been trying to find a thread on the forums earlier about this topic but have been rather unsuccessful.

Hi Matt,

Add-on domains are treated exactly the same as every other domain on the web.

No advantage or penalty in using them.

All 100% equal!

There's no fixed time during which new sites will be indexed.

If you haven't used Google Webmaster's Tools you may want to set that up and submit your sitemap through that. There's a lot of information on how to make your site as effective as possible in the search engines, so it's worth setting up GWT just for the information

Have you tried submitting an article to the article directories
with links back to the site(s)? This gets you indexed pretty fast.

Donot submit Google first
Let google find your site from some other small directoriesle
So first you submit your site to directories and your site will get indexed faster in google automaticaly
