Hi, Looking for some advice on adwords advertising,

I have used adwords in the past and been very happy with it but i
have recently set up a new ad and i am having problems with the
ads being under review.

It has now been 4 business days since i set it up and the ads are not
showing due to ads being under review ( after 4 days?) when i have
set up ads in the past the ads have started showing within a hour or so,
has anyone else having this proplem with ads under review?

Any advice would be great, thanks

What are the specifics of your campaign? What market are you targeting? How is your campaign/adgroups structured? Search or Content? What does your ad actually say? It can be a number of things.

First, i know the ad will be accepted due to i have used adwords for this before and i know other affiliates have too, my problem is the waiting time for it to be under review, do all ad's take the same time to review or is it because im promoting a lottery that it will take longer?

The ad is to promote the spainish Elgordo lottery which is the richest in the world with a £2billion prize fund, the website link is the one in my signature and my target market is the uk and spain

I do hope google review my ad soon because the elgordo lottery has limited tickets for sale and they could run out before my ad has been reviewed at this rate! i may have to use yahoo instead even though google is best.

I started up a new campaign about a month ago for a website of mine the the ads were under review for like 2 weeks. Unbelievable. Eventually they were finally approved.

I would just have patience and wait...

Theres your answer, your targetting a tricky market right now. Google is being extremley strict on any make money, biz opp, work from home type campaigns, due to the FTC crackdown. So all campaigns are being reviewed twice now, so it will take some time to get approved, bt just make absolutely sure everything is completely relevant, or else they'll ax ylur whole campaign.

Ok thanks for the advice, sounds like i will just have to have patience and wait for google to review the ad. It is silly though i understand google need to get rid of some of the rubbish thats advertised though adwords but the waiting is too long, i am losing money and so are they.

      Thanks again for the help!
