How many keywords for yahoo ppc

I use yahoo to generate insurance leads for my insurance agency and have 3 active campaigns with about 30 keywords each. I am wondering if I should use hundreds of long-tail, or should I say longer-tail keywords then I'm using now in order to get the bid down. How many keywords do people use in their campaigns? I would think there is a tool to come up with hundreds of keywords that I don't currently have.

I don't know about other people, but I found out that the best thing to do is limit the number of keywords to max 25 keywords (75 keywords if you put all the 3 match types - exact, broad and phrase)

This way you can target long tail keywords that have at least 2 common words in it, and write an ad copy that is relevant for those specific keywords.

This way the quality socre will go up, and the price per clik down.

That is how I have it now and my quality score is at the max for all 3 campaigns. I think I'm going to leave those alone. I might try to do something with more keywords in a new campaign. I just wish I could hire someone to create 1000 more long-tail keywords or something. It is so hard to come up with new ones
