Help Understanding Google

Im my webmasters account if I check Top search queries from google US in the last 7 days I get this. under Information about user search queries that have returned pages from your site.# %

However if I do a google search or serps position check my homepage is not even listed but some sub pages are around position 160 and I am getting zero traffic. The site was last indexed on the 4th OCT.
Can anyone explain if I am reading that data wrong or is there a problem somewhere.
