So I'm writing my articles so I can build my link wheel but I have a quick question.

When the main keyword comes up in my articles should I make them into links that go to my pre sell page or at the bottom of the page should I link to it? Or should I do both? I just want to know which way will be the best for SEO.

    Both,
but that depends on the sites your using Ezine rejected one of my articles once for it, something about the link being to high up the page.

Or if you are building a link wheel you could use the keyword to link to another of the spokes then at the bottom link to your pre sell

Can you link to your pre sell and other spokes TOO much?

Every one of them should be linked to your presell,
then you would have say web 1 linked to web 2 linked to web3 until you get back to the start hence the wheel name as it links them in a circle.

If you want to increase links it pick another keyword and use web 1,2 or 3 as the center.

I have an image that makes it easier than my explanation lol.

I will dig it out and upload it for you, I will pm you the link.

Hope that helps, Think I confused myself with that..

What I'm trying to do is. I have 1 main keyword that i'm using for my pre sell page. Then I have 4 Sub Keywords that I'm going to make a article for each and then have all the articles link to each other and link to the Main keyword pre sell page. Then I will make 3 article pages off of each of those 4 sub keyword pages.

Say Dog is my main keyword for my pre sell page and it comes up in one of my articles 5 times. Should I link it to the pre sell page everytime that word comes up in the article or is that too much?

Get ya - Too much for me.

I just usually link 1 to the wheel and 1 maybe 2 to pre sell. but it's all about the testing, the right keywords and of course what sites you will use,not all will let you have links in body if you are using article sites that is, also Hub pages sometimes won't let you.

But hey if they let you then do it. Don't think they will all count as back links but if you are using web 2.0 sites then there is more chance of someone clicking.
