Is there a Google appeals process?

I just tried to start my first Google Adwords Image ads and they were dissapproved for content. I re-read the content rules and do not see why the ads were disapproved and am wondering if I can ask them to reconsider or give me an explanation.

Of course you can ask them, you are paying them. Just fill out a support ticket.

usually if you just edit the ads, the disapproval should go away. if that doesnt work, pause and create a new campaign and rebuild. make sure the ad copy is within guidelines and is not violating any trademarks. if it really is a technical error, contact them through either email, support ticket, rep, chat, or phone. they are not that great all the time as they are a hit/miss with customer service. if all fails, request a refund on the account, stalling it. then just create a new adwords account and youre good as new.

      UPDATE:
I did appeal and they agreed with me that my ads were fine and did not violate their TOS.

Reminds me of the story "How I Sued Google And WON!" I read about a guy sueing over unpaid AdSense dues... apparently they're not to easy to work with. Here's a link to that original article Aaron Greenspan: Why I Sued Google (and Won) [Updated] Pretty fascinating stuff.

I appealed one of my forum bans recently and got my ban reversed by explaining that the staff had said one thing and did another. Sometimes it can't hurt to just contact customer service, it is free to do. Glad to hear you got it worked out.
