Should I reapply to Google Adsense after getting this email?

So I submitted my site to Google Adsense after making sure it complied with all their guidelines.

The problem is, I made a mistake and put in the wrong web address (I used .com instead of .org--and the .com was a spammy web site). I was rejected, of course, so I resubmitted my application with the correct .org address.

To my surprise, that application was rejected, too. I got the same rejection both times:
Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. After reviewing your
application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our program
criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our program.

We have certain policies in place that we believe will help ensure the
effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as for our
advertisers. We review all publishers, and we reserve the right to decline
any application. As we grow, we may find that we are able to expand our
program to more web publishers with a wider variety of web content.

Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the
specific reasons for our decision. Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team
I read on a post that you could create a blogger account and put your posts there as they often get approved...so I tried that and am awaiting a response...

They state I can submit again, but am I blacklisted at this point?

Should I try again with a new adsense account? I have a second email and physical address I could use. I could buy a different url and use different articles. Thoughts?

Have you checked that your site actually meets all their criteria? It might be a good idea to go down the blogger route as some people say they get accepted a lot quicker by going down that route.

As far as I can tell it does. The only thing is that it is a new site and I just read that your site should be around for 6 months. Any ideas on that? I'd not heard that before.

I'm trying the blogger route now...

It would probably be a good idea to get your site indexed and also get a few backlinks to it. If you are going to go down the blogger route then do the same for that as well.

So here's a thought: I have a couple blogs that I've had for years and are well indexed. Should I resubmit using my same name, etc, but with one of those blogs instead--and then once accepted add on these new sites?

Absolutely.. You have to use your name anyway. There is no way around that, well not if you want to get paid that is. Yes, having a well indexed site will give it a lot more authority in Google's eyes with regard your application. Just make sure it adheres to all their other guidelines.

I wouldn't recommend this approach but if worse comes to worse and you absolutely want to get into Adsense and have done nothing wrong per their TOS to get rejected, after all other efforts have failed (if they do)...I believe that by their own TOS you can create an Adsense account and put it under a corporate name instead of your own name.

I am just guessing here because I have never done this or otherwise heard of anyone doing it but it makes sense. A corporation is considered a seperate and distinct entity apart from the individuals who run the corporation.

Their TOS does allow for a second account set up for a business as opposed to an individual.

Of course when you initially sign up you have to try and sign up as an individual first in order to then try as a company next. I don't think they will as readily allow a sign up as an individual account if one initially signed up as a company though again I don't know since I have never tried anything of the sort.

I found out about this when I did some digging around at Google about what I would have to do to change my address or the country where I reside.

        Just for what it's worth.

    Thanks, Steve, I'll try that.

Just for clarity: You don't think I've been blacklisted? I mean, I hate to go through all of this if they're automatically rejecting my app.

It's very likely you were rejected because of the age of your site. So if you go ahead and reapply with your older blog(s), I think you'll be alright. Just double check that your blogs do meet the criteria.

For what it's worth the site I used when applying for Adsense was accepted within a matter of a couple of hours or some such. The site had been around for about two months or so and I did not even have a privacy page (though I will certainly be adding one to it).

But it was also nothing like the typical...made for Adsense type of site either.

Sign up with either Blogger (owned by Google) or Hubpages (has revenue sharing using Adsense) post 1 article a day for about 5-7 days, ensure they are well written, quality articles (not short spammy stuff) and apply. You should have no problem getting excepted and you should not have to worry about being blacklisted, this will only happen if they ban your account for such things as violating their TOS.

That's right. You better start with blogger and develop good site with rich content. Then reapply to Google Adsense.
