Just wondering if it's any use to add a 'Links' page to a website. And to add links to other sites - is there any point - does Google give you extra love or is it pointless?

    Google does look at the sites you link to, and use it to decide where it should place you, but apart from that a links page is good to entice other webmasters to link to you.

    Just remember to include a link to the site you want a backlink from before contacting them.
