MySpace PPC -No Canadians Allowed

I am a noob on warrior forum but been having my go at affiliate marketing and more recently better success with CPA marketing.
I see that you can have banner PPC on myspace, but unfortunatly for some reason they dont like canadians signing up and using myspace. too bad. looks promising and targeting.
Any other suggestions for PPC banner ads? Im on buysellads.com and adbrite.com but they are more bulk buying per impressions.
