Google Not indexing many pages on my site

Hi All,
I have a website (see it in my sig) that has 13,000 pages indexed.
I normally see Articles/Information I post to the site indexed by Google within 24 hours.
However recently I have found Google is not indexing "lots" of things on the site. One page on the site has been there for 2 weeks and Google has indexed the linking page and has the anchor text in its search results but the page in question isnt indexed. Google Webmaster tools isnt showing any errors.
Any ideas? Any good websites for "checking" the site?
