social bookmarking how good is it and how do i go about it. I was at digg but i could not do anything please i need some body in the house to help me out and i also want to know how effect it is because that is the only means i have not use when it comes to getting traffic to my blogs and sites i was told i can get alot of traffic from there too but i tried it i could not do anything i also need other good social book marking sites that can help me get more traffic THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

      Try using socialmarker.com. It has list of 48 websites. It has some do follow social bookmarking sites and some no follow sites.

      Do follow social sites can give you good back links and passes page rank. But no follow social sites aslo has values like sending diret traffic & indexing.

        Social bookmarking is a truly powerful and effective way to promote your business. I would also highly recommend those links above. I did a social bookmarking campaign for a website I wasn't getting great rankings in and a few days after the campaign I have noticed a jump in both the ranking and the traffic for a competitive phrase. I moved to the first page of Google. I have seen it work on many of my websites and my client's websites. It works and does provide great traffic.

    I concur. Use socialmarker.com, it works great and you can filter by DoFollow. I still manually use Digg as well. I'd use StumbleUpon if I didn't have to download a toolbar...

    onlywire.com was also a good one, because once it was setup you could enter your bookmark once, and submit it and all bookmarking accounts would get a bookmark.

    Saved you doing it manually. For aged it seemed to be broken and only del.icio.us from memory seemed to be working, but I tried it out last week, and they have fixed many of them up again.

    Still has the annoying issue where they actually self-promote via your social bookmarking accounts, but I guess it is free.

    Worth a look anyway.
