    I''ve no idea on the publication date.But SEO techniques won't change much I guess!! And even if there're a lot of changes, im sure it'll be DEBATED here in WF..

      Some people just have to be "right" about everything don't they?

      The best method in my book is what works for me...and the only way to find that out is to get out there, take action and test different things.

        Yes!! Different people have different strategies after TESTING out what works best for them. And I've seen a lot of people sharing various SEO tactics such as:

        1)Keywords in URL
        2)Anchor Text Keywords pointing to site
        3)Get high PR backlinks
        4)Submit sitemaps for fast indexing
        5)Keywords on Meta Tag
        6)No Duplicate Content
        7)Submit links to Social Bookmarking sites for fast indexing of new website
        8)Don't get BACKLINKS from SPAM websites or RISK losing your PR
        9)Don't get more than 1000 backlinks in 1 day for a new website
        10)Getting BACKLINKS from Gov and EDU sites

        and so on..
