2 questions - I am never really sure what the right thing to do is when faced with what to enter.

Question One

Which is the best way to enter keywords into All in one SEO?

Example 1 - Cure acne, acne relief, stop acne

Example 2 - Acne, cure, relief, stop

Question Two

Should the Wordpress tags be the same as the keywords in All in one SEO?

    The first one is correct.
Make sure you put your most important keywords first, then the least important.

    Hope this helps

Title: Cure Ance - Cure Acne with these 3 simple steps:
Description: If you're looking for a way to cure acne then this website has lots of practical information. Get rid of it now. (not much important in google but good for CTR)
Keywords: Cure acne, stop acne, get rid of acne etc (Google does not use this to rank anymore, but other search engines might

Tags are not as important but by all means still include it.

Make sure the url has the keyword in it.

    Keyword: Get rid of acne

Write your article and make an anchor text Get rid of acne and link it directly back to that same post. Mention that keyword a few more times 2-3%.

    Great thats onsite seo done.

Now go off and get lots of anchor text backlinks of Get rid of acne

    I hope this helps

    Yes first example is better,

    and

if you want to go one step further, you could research some LSI (latent semantic indexing) keywords related to your main keyword and include those in the title.

Might sound a bit complicated, but it's not that complicated in reality. LSI words are just very related to your main keyword, without being an exact repetition of it.

    For example...

    main keyword: cure acne
your title could be: Cure Acne - Relief, Creams, Natural Treatment

So these words are related and relevant to Google, but they are not exact repetitions of your main keyword...

If you repeat "cure" or "acne" too often, especially in one tag, it could seem like keyword stuffing. It does not have to, but it could. You are not going to get penalized or anything by Google, but it's just more natural to use a variety of related words. That's what shows best results.
