At the bottom of the plugin there is a spot to put your keyword list.
Should I be putting all my keywords there every post? Or is that going to be overkill?
Also, I have tags selected as keywords as well. Which takes precedence?
When I first installed it I went through all my posts & added all my keywords to each of them. Now im off the google map!
What is the best way to manage my keywords?
My website is Dynamic Positioning News - Vessels Operators Systems Jobs & More!
Im not sure what the proper keyword strategy per post is. Any additional comments welcomed.

For the main config, I always leave the keywords blank. For each blog Post you should always put in the keywords associated with that post.

So leave the Wordpress Tags blank & put the keywords into All in One's keyword spot?

The keywords I am trying to rank for are not hugely popular & Ive been at it for more than 3 months now.
Obviously I am sabotaging myself somewhere...

    Sorry to clarify:

    Under Settings->All in One SEO

Put your main keywords in "Home keywords (comma seperated)". Do this if your 'home page' is a post page (ie static page).

Then for every post you create under "All in One SEO Pack"

add keywords related to the post under "Keywords (comma seperated)"

Also make sure your keyword is in the title of the post as well as in the body.

One word of advice and that would be to not over do your keywords ... you should only put between 2-5 keywords and that's it.

Im not worrying about automating it any more than it is.
I'll go back through all my posts and make sure they are seeded more carefully.
It is difficult to include the keywords in every title post though; they are somewhat cumbersome...

So the comma separated keywords turn up as meta-data? I suppose I should turn OFF the Tags Generate Keywords, to avoid doubling them up?

Yes the keywords will appear in the <meta name="keywords"> tag.

As for the Tags Generate Keywords, I'm not sure about this, but I think it does this only if you leave the keywords field blank, but I haven't tried it.

Sorry for being little offtopic, but you should shift to Platinum SEO. It has seameless migration from AIOSEO and works better.

Platinum SEO is not as compatible as Allinone SEO. Many theme and plugins might have problems with it, I tried it and got stuck with few themes...

No I like All In One, I just want to make sure I am optimizing it properly.
When I first installed it I went through every post & added ALL of my keywords to each.
    I think I overdid it...
Now I am working through them again, trying to be more careful this time

    FYI...
I just checked my settings & with Tags as Keywords selected it is In Addition to the keywords you input.
So lots of keywords were getting doubled.... Boo!
How many keywords should I be including per post? 3 or 4?
