Adsense Account Diversification - Create multiple Nevada LLC's and minimize the threat of banning? ?

Thanks for reading my question.

So the threat of getting banned from Adsense for no good reason whatsoever always comes up.

So question:

Suppose someone created 4 Nevada LLC's and, say each LLC had a different Adsense account.

Suppose each LLC had 80 websites each.

Further suppose that you did a bit of a different adsense paradigm on each of the four companies. e.g. you went really white hat on one company, and you used lots of autoblogs on another, etc...

Hence, if one adsense account got banned, at least you would, in theory, not loose your whole adsense empire.

Do you think this strategy is worth it?

Yes, that's a perfectly acceptable way of doing it. It doesn't have to be Nevada LLC's, specifically, but any business entity can have its own Adsense account. You can own multiple entities, allowing you to control multiple accounts, and be completely within the TOS. Now, what you do after that point, is a different matter.

For individuals, they need the social security number. For entities they need your EIN (employer Identification number). Here is information from the IRS on how to get it.

          right

there are several companies out there these days who will give you a nevada LLC for 90 bucks or whatever.

          might be worth it...

Nevada LLCs are the new Delaware LLCs:rolleyes: I believe Nevada is the cheapest to form (while still allowing great protection), so i'm assuming that's why Nevada was suggested.
