I'm building a FREE report that I'm going to give to my list members, through opt-in, its going to have places where to get High PR back links. All from PR6 to PR9 only.
I found few .edu and .gov as well that helps to gain backlinks
My concern is if I can include those .edu and .gov sites in my free report as well?
Will there be an issue in this? because .gov sites are very sensitive..
Please clarify me so that I may not violate any terms.
