    Only thing that comes to mind to me would be to have people submit funny pictures that they took. post the top 100 for every week or something.

    obviously your going to have to do something with 100 pictures, and people aren't really going to care if they aren't funny. people love funny ****.


    i saw a website where people would send in pictures of funny stuff they saw at wal mart. became a pretty popular website.

    That would depend if it's a hobby or as a money maker.

    I'll pretend you want to do it mostly for monetizing.

    I would find out what kinds of images people look for the most and what in pop culture people in general are the most into and populate the site with as many images as I can use that I find online based on things like what images for these topics/people come up in the first search results and in Google images, the frequency/popularity of the particular images/photos elsewhere and other criteria.

    Images could be funny with normal people, cartoons, celebrities with bad plastic surgery, etc.

    I'd then implement a voting system and let others vote for the Top 100 out of the few hundred or so I put on the site.

    Monetize it anyway you want.
