Lower daily budget for ppc campaigns on Thanksgiving day?

I'm debating if I should leave my daily budget for my ppc campaign alone for thanksgiving or should I lower it since I'm feeling that majority of people online won't be in the mood to actually buy anything on that day.

    Actually according to some sources Thanksgiving day online shopping has or is predicted to increase.

    Besides, unless you're afraid people will just curiosity click, you have a daily limit so what difference does it make if it's Thanksgiving day?
