Put a description of the video on the home page...

SE robots can't read flash or video. You need text.

Suing a video won't help you get rankings.

Even suing Google won't help get you ranked.

Not sure if you could even sell a WSO about suing to get ranked but it wouldn't surprise me if someone tried it...

          Lmao.

IMO, using a video for SEO is pretty unconventional.

But perhaps you can try avenues such as youtube, where videos are labelled with title tags and the sort.

If it is on your webpage alone, you gotta add some real text so robots can read about it.

Also, as much as you can, rename your video(s) with your targetted keywords. No proof here, but I believe robots do read video names.

How much are you suing for? Perhaps you need a better lawyer.

Try suing Google, maybe they'll sh.t themselves and give you the #1 rank for every keyword in cyberspace

Lol, so funny how people keep "suing" Funny, funny, but to answer the question, yes there is a possibility to rank but you need to make your title tags, description etc relevant then might have to place some kind of article below it with text that is 8 points or something, just to make it relevant. 300 words is fine.

      LOL! Some typos are priceless!

Only way to really get a video ranked is using youtube.
Videos will be found more readily on youtube, then use
youtube to convert the seeking souls.

Putting a video on your site will not attract people or do
much. It's the text, <h>, title, etc. that count.

And as stated, anyone really searching for a video will find one
      on youtube or google videos.

You don't need to re-invent the SEO wheel.
