Creating a pictures website for Adsense

Hi guys.
I'm trying for more than a year to break in a very hard and high paying travel niche. I already have two websites for that (a city) that are slowly climbing.
Now i have registered a new website (3rd site in that niche) with a good domain name for that city and i will host a "pictures guide". Nothing but pictures and some text about each one. Well designed and structured.
For a change i have the oportunity to start from scratch for a adsense website.
I'm thinking to do the following, if there is something you could add for ON Site optimization or general design logic, i would appreciate it.
1. Make one page for each photo (with back and forward) and adsense ads on top and bottom of the image. That way i will create tones of pages. No pages slideshows...
2. I will have a proper FILE name for the images, and correct alt text in each.
3. I will have a proper Page title for each page.
