Automated Blog Links??

Hi everyone,

After running a link analysis of a competitor I noticed they had a lot of links from blog comments, which appeared to be automated and also appeared to be on more or less the same sort of sites, which looks like a huge network - does anybody know what service is this?

Here are some examples:

http://blog.bedandbreakfast.com/post...-Hill-Inn.aspx
http://www.themaryecompany.com/blog/...ol-Austin.aspx
http://blog.bedandbreakfast.com/post...-Hill-Inn.aspx

You will see the same sort of profile pics are used for all posts on all the sites - there are many many more of these sorts of sites. Has anyway seen them before?

Thanks,

M

I think he just copied the long link instead of copying the link location.

Don't get intrigued by automated link generator softwares. Follow a natural path and build relations first if you want your links worth something in your site's SEO.

        Hi Cristian,

Thank you for a meaningful reply to my question.

As always when I get replies to questions I have about poor-man's link building techniques, I agree, more organic ways of building links should be adopted, but I have seen this particular site I am referring to rank very well for a competitive keyword for just some directory submissions and this blog posts!

Hence why, I feel it could be useful in knowing what this service is, just to test it for myself - surely just because it is a quick/easy/cheating way of building links it doesn't mean it shouldn't be used if it is going to bring your business lots more sales??

Just food for thought - what do fellow Warriers think on this point?

If you look Lexdino, rather than being brash you will see I have indeed posted the links millimetres below my polite apology... ;-)
