sometimes when you search something on google it comes up with some youtube videos. Does anyone know how you can do his with a youtube video?? It doesn't seem to be related to backlinks or pageview some how.

    hmm , it depend on that video linking on other sources on internet and google serp thinks it is important then it shows thumbnail view of that video in google

    You should approach it the same way as article marketing. Low competition keywords, optimized video for the keyword, low competition and you may need to build a backlink or two. Geotargeting works well with video as well.
