Question about linking to site which Google does not "like".

My main payment hub (where i installed Downloadguard), say its name is www . wemakemoney . com (EXAMPLE)
I have several sites with various products which link to www . wemakemoney .com for the payment checkout.
Now www . wemakemoney . com is NOT in Google's index. I dont know WHEN it was de-indexed and why.
My question now...what does that mean in terms of my sites linking to this site for the payments...does Google maybe devalue my "proper" sites since i am linking to this site?
Would you change the DLG install and use a new domain instead? Which would mean i would have to edit A LOT of sites/links...
