Turning off Google Personalized Searches

How do I do it.

I am in Australia and have just made an error, buying 2 domains that appeared to have virtually no competition on page 1 of Google. I usually use Traffic Travis to get the US based SEO competition data, forgot this time. When I did remember, the results are very different, lots of PR4 and 5 sites.

I've done a web search and turned off web history in my G Acct, also disabled customization in the Web History section of the google seach page.

I'm still getting Australian pages (.com.au) as most of my page 1 results.

Is there any good software that will give me a realistic return on results. Ideally I guess one wants the complete google english speaking results as that is what we are targeting.

Any advice appreciated

Cheers

Well, I've now set my browser homepage to www dot google dot com/ncr which ensures I am looking at the main google page. This has confirmed that I am onto a loser with the two domains bought. Well, the PR is btw 2 and 5 for most of the top 10, but page backlinks pretty low. Might have a crack at it.

Any more advice on getting truthful PR info would bew appreciated
