I was suspended from google adwords for linking my ads directly to clickbank products which I had no idea you couldn't do. Is there a company like a good ppc management company that you can pay for them to do adwords through there account. Google won't let me place ads anymore so they need to be under a different account not related to me or my infromation.

    Hi gasman

ive never heard of that rule i used to use adwords though not for years and i did the exact same thing so it must be a new rule.

Have you got your own website that you could forward it to instead.

If i was you i would write a review with squidoo and then forward the ad to the review page instead and see if you can appeal your suspension.

    kind regards

I would say just give up on adwords completely, at this point. There are many more networks out there. I believe you can try adbrite for PPC. You could also try Bing and Yahoo although they may have the same rules about direct linking. I am not exactly sure.

To clarify, you can direct link to clickbank products, how ever there may be some products that would fall into the G non approved category such as get rich quick sites, miracle cures or any site that makes big claims with no backing.

In addition there are other factors, were your ads relevant ? did you leave poor related keys in your system for an extended time ?

As to your suggestion regards a adwords company running ads on behalf of others i am surprised these have not cropped up under company or business names ? more like an advertising broker type role. maybe its not viable ?

That's right. It must be because of something else, not because of direct linking. As bimawarrior said, the real problem is to know why you got banned, although it likely is too late. I'll say it again to all Adwords advertisers: know what is and what is not allowed before jumping in. Not just Adwords but any PPC service out there. You think Yahoo and MSN are not taking notes of this?

I can see how it can be viable. I just think there's a lot of risk for a company to do that, especially a smaller one.

If I were to offer that service, I'd ask for advanced payment before starting anything. There would be a minimum $1,000. I'd take a 20-25% cut for my services and you'd have to replenish the funds when 65% of the fees are used up towards the clicks otherwise I'd stop the campaign immediately. I would also reserve the right to refuse to advertise certain sites. This would be my account after all (and credit card) and I would do nothing to compromise it.

Google Adwords have never given me any profit so far and i never even
liked doing this kind of advertising. It is to expensive to new marketers and
Google is not the only way to make money online-trust me.

Are you sure you're banned because you direct linking to Clickbank?
Do you run other campaigns that promise get rich quick scheme or something related to "Google".

That can get you ban, and oh yeah, having a low QS on most of your campaigns can result on banning too....

Is there a company like a good ppc management company that you can pay for them to do adwords through there account.
Why would you do that? Why not just lend someone in your house's credit card?
I know a friend who got banned, lend his partners credit card and get up and running in no time.

But that's not the problem IMHO, the real problem is, to know why Google ban you at the first time.

As for other company, I'd highly suggest Yahoo for your other options.

    Hope that helps,

    Hendra

    Hey Gasman -

Did google actually say what the reason you got banned was, or are you inferring? Seems perfectly legit. Imagine i as the e-book seller, and i wanted to sell my book. I'm suprised they would ban you for that.

I don't do it personally, but I'm going to read the TOS a couple of times just to make sure I am familliar with the rules.

Thanks for posting man. Good to know
