Adwords keyword relevance

Hi, just started my first ppc campaign yesterday and everything was going fine but now all my keywords are not showing ads and it has my quality score for most at 3/10, landing page quality and load time are fine but keyword relevance is poor despite the fact that these keywords are almost exactly what I'm promoting. Can anyone tell me what might be going on? Thanks,

Also, despite the fact that it says my ads are not running for any of my keywords, I am continuing to get many clicks (way below my bid price). Any idea where these might be coming from? Any help would be appreciated.

Obviously Google disagrees that your keywords are relevant. If you believe they are, you can ask for a manual review.

A low QS does not prevent ads from being served (except if QS=1). Only from being served all the time. You can get impressions with low QS and some will click on them. Your ads are served when Google needs the inventory so they likely are served only when others have exhausted their budget or when they are not advertising, overnight for example.

Yep. You might want to ask a third party about relevancy.
