Considering a domain name

I'd appreciate some opinions on a domain from an SEO perspective, please.
The purpose of the domain will be for a long term project, where I plan to do a magazine type site, hosting many articles. The domain name I want is a three name domain, as in onetwothree.com. But in this case the .com is taken an in use, the .net is parked, but the .org is available. Lucky me the .com is a PR1 with 51 backlinks, plus it is a job site, so its unrelated. In this case the domain name onetwothree.org is really sweet. I'm surprised its there.
How is this looking from an SEO perspective? The three words are exactly what I want to rank for. Grabbing it right now, just talked myself into it.
