PPC to Squeeze page for real estate?

I have a client for whom I am implementing a PPC campaign.

The idea is to generate leads for condos they sell in a particular ski resort.

So I offered to implement a ppc campaign, targeting local keywords (like "{ski resort name} condos for sale") funnel the PPC traffic to a squeeze page which sole purpose is to entice visitors to submit their name, email and phone number. Then the r-e agent would call back within 15 minutes while the lead is hot.

I have a good track record with ppc campaigns in competitive markets, as well as on how to setup up squeeze pages for autoresponders using free report incentives. Never used squeeze page as a landing page though.

  1. Has anyone some experience he/she can share for sending targeted PPC traffic to a squeeze page, so I know what to do and what NOT to do? In real estate?
  2. what kind of average CTR and conversion rates can I expect?

    Its might be just me but when I want to buy real estate I want to see some real estate not a squeeze page to be pitched on a phone. So I would recommedd that the page be apage tht shows some some property (even if without specifics) and in addition has a form to capture that data

      I guess the critical factor is to find something valuable & relevant that the visitors want to entice them to submit their details. Otherwise I agree that it could lead to frustrations and a high bounce rate.


      Does anybody else have an opinion on how to effectively create a PPC to squeeze page system?
