When your doing your BL building should you use proxxies or not, does it matter? Lets say I blog comment and profile link, sign up with proxxies or not?

I am about to start my BL building and don't want google slapping me in the first month

    I dont think so. as long as you are changing the titles and keywords etc. suppose using proxies wont do any harm.

      It's unlikely you would get google slapped for this. Proxies are useful when creating multiple profiles on web 2.0 properties for backlinking for example. If one profile was flagged for breaking their TOS or something the others would remain intact.

    Google couldn't slap you for it.

    I reason proxies for 4 reasons:

    (1) google will temporarily cut you off from pulling pagerank data from their data centers if you do a lot at time. This isn't an issue if you do everything manually, but if you use powerful software like seo spyglass or scrapebox that it would be an issue. This would happen to me on a daily basis if I didn't use proxies.

    (2) certain sites (namely a few top social bookmarking sites) limit the amount of signups you can do each day by IP address;

    (3) certain forum/blog sites can ban your IP if they think you have or are posting spam; and

    (4) to be honest, I just don't anyone knowing my real IP

    So, I use privateproxy for $10/month and never have my real IP exposed.
