Hi

Can anyone help me.
I have had an email from goofgle a few days ago to say that my account is disabled as some of my adverts have violated some policy.

I have been using adwords for years with no problems.
I thought the email was spam so I checked my adwords account and everything was active and no alerts but all clicks and impressions were zero from Dec 3rd.

Have emailed google but have had no reply

Can anyone help of suggest a solution.

Ian

    Hi Ian!
I'm afraid it's a bad bad news for you. I know 'cause I'm wearing the same shoes what you wearing But they has reply to me and they said they have suspended my accounts and unfortunately they will suspend any account what I'll going to open in the future!

So that's pretty much sounds like they have banned me from further advertising with Adwords! The best part they didn't told me what was the exact reason or with what website i have violated they rules!

I am planning to launch a report with the Better Business Bureau, and if you stongly feel your account was unjustly banned, I recommend you do so too.

We cannot just lay down and let Google trample over us. The ethical thing to do is provide clear reasons and at least a warning before taking a huge action like permanent ban.

And if they can't do that, then they are unethical, and should be reported to the BBB. Or any other authority.

You broke their TOS, deal with it =/ They saw your site as a scam site basically or a site which wasn't clear. Who you think is going to win, the sites which done shady marketing or the major search engine who got rid of 1000's of shady accounts.

Yes Fine! But what is going to happen with those people who just get involved with IM and they did a sily mistake what they don't even recognize and as a result of theire little mistake get banned for life! I' dont think is fair! Any way do you read the rules every time? Don't think so if you do you will not going to survive

Sorry, but by signing up with Adwords you agreed to their TOS. You agreed that you had read and understood it. Not reading it, or being ignorant of their rules is not a defense. Yes it sucks, but don't blame anyone else. Take responsibility and ditch the victim mentality. You'll get further.

What offers were you promoting? Look at and then read the different forums. If you are doing rebills or grants or Google cash offers, you got a big bullseye on ya ;-)

You got banned because you was offering something which goes against their TOS. Launch all the complaints you want, I know so many people don't bother to read the TOS so its your own fault.

argh...we really need a sticky about this. YES...google is disabling MANY adwords accounts right now due to various reasons, mainly affiliate marketing, "make money" stuff..etc..etc... i also think that Google "needs" to do this due to new FTC laws.

Point is, check the forum...there are MANY people reporting the same thing for the last weeks already
