Backlinking question

Sorry to sound so dumb here but I am fairly new to this stuff. When submitting pages to a Social Bookmarking site do you submit every page?

I spidered the site and of course got several pages. I have only submitted the home page so far, not individual blog post pages. Also I did not submit the privacy page.

This is a blogger site.

Also I am using SocialBot for submitting.

    It is said that submitting all your pages is not good. You can submit the quality content then try to spread it. Let the good stuff travel by itself.

    Try not to submit all the pages of your site all at once. Do it gradually and with an interval of social bookmarking other sites too, aside from your own site. This will make it look more natural than spamming the social bookmarking sites.

    It is fine to submit all your pages, just only do one page a day with social bot. If you do a bunch of pages with social bot in the same day some of the sites will start to ban you.
