I'm looking for a good course on PPC from your perspective if you really want to be profitable. Any and all contributions will be thanked unless you insult me for being a moron, which is also true, but I will not thank you.

Also, has anyone worked with google banners and have it ever work?

I'm interested in your experiences!!!

As far as courses in PPC the majority of the knowledge I got came from the wealthy affilite site and forum. They also have a few really good ebooks that help.

the secret on ppc course is 2 things:

    1. bid on product/model keywords
    2. Create a highly relevant landing page.

Do not send all your ppc traffic to a single landing page,
this will make your cpc high and google might even ban your
account, thinking that your keywords are not relevant.

ppcclassroom.com - In my opinion, the best training out there for ppc, by Amit Mehta.

Check it out. It's helped me a ton.

I would strongly recommend Perry Marshall's courses and programs on PPC. A few years ago - I got his free course, then bought his eBook and eventually attended his bobsled coaching program. One of my businesses relies 90% on PPC and based on his teachings, I was able to scale my revenue by 5x.

Because of the competition and Google's crazy rules, PPC is not easy. The secret of PPC is to constantly test, adjust and improve what is working and get rid of what is not working. Perry has this down to a science and formula . . . and learning from him can save you a lot of time, money and headache. Plus, he really knows Google and keeps up with the changes.

The downside is Perry focuses mostly on Google and not on other PPC networks but because Google has most of the traffic it is an excellent place to to start and dominate

I would think that at his moment in time...MANY of the PPC courses are out of date...given the most recent Google scorched earth policy.

Certainly the basics taught by Perry etc. still apply...but anything more advanced pertaining to affiliate marketing most likely needs to be updated.

I know we're testing a ton of new things...
