    Hey Christian,

Actually it is even less now. Something like the first 15 words. But there is so much more to it. There are good articles written on it by David Szetela on searchengineland or searchenginewatch, I am sorry i dont have the link now as I am at my parent's place.

    Three tips:

Try site-targeting with CPM on sites you like.

If the sites that you want to target only partially discuss your topic of interest try to target through Enhanced online Campaigning , which is site targeting combined with keywords.

If you want to use contextual targeting only it is wise to add negatives to your adgroups. For instance in an ad group on Flight Tickets, you could add -disaster, -crash and -fire. So you do not show up whenever a plane crashes.

    Good luck with your testing!

I noticed I can weed these out with exceptions now, 401 pages, parked domains, forums, etc.

There is big money in the content network, but the rules have changed, I need to get up to speed.

      I am looking into CPM

There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of information on The Content Network and how to take advantage of it for advertising. I got a product a couple of weeks ago that really opened my eyes to some possibilities. I am not that good at doing research, but I went looking to see what I could find, and got a whole lot of nothing.

Yes this is something that is begging to be a WSO or product. I am finding tons of conflicting information. Things change so fast with Google it is hard to keep up.

Waiting for my ads to be approved now.

      Hey there,

I am a professional ppc consultant and I still have a hard time keeping up with everything on the content network. There is indeed not much good good information out there, glen livingston offers some good insites, you should check out his blog. But you will not find every bit of information on there. Still the content network has to be a really good source of cheap traffic.
