Another PPC Keyword Tracking Question

Hi Everyone,
I am launching a PPC campaign as an affilliate and have a question.
I am sending traffic to s squeeze page where I give away a free video on the subject, I then follow up via email where I give more content and also pitching affiliate products. I asked the merchants I am promoting as an affiliate if I can put a tracking pixel on their thank you pages but they don't want to do it. I think if I start to do volume they will allow me to add tracking to their website.
So my question is this, how do I go about tracking conversions now? Shall I just track optins or is there a way I can actually track conversions down to keyword level in this situation?
