Its about time I got rid of my very first adsense website as I no longer update it although it still makes money for me each and every month.

Was just wondering how do I go about valuating it?

Makes consistantly around $113 per month.

Any thoughts on how I should sell it welcome.

I've had success selling websites for around 12 x monthly nett revenue easily, and sometimes much higher (2-3 years x monthly nett revenue).

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers

List it on SitePoint Marketplace - Buy & sell established web sites, startup and turnkey websites and more in the established site section.
Upload your traffic and revenue proof.
Look for similar site selling price and set your reserve accordingly.

    All the best

I would say $1000-1500 is a reasonable price for a site making that kind of profit.

Namepros is another place. I personally do like Sitepoint though.

    Hi.

I am just curious but is their a reason you want to get rid of it? $113 a month of passive income is pretty nice and who knows how long it would keep paying you that month after month. For just 7-9 dollars a year, that's a pretty nice ROI.

Other than that you can usually put your site up for sale on your domain registrars site.

You'll make more on sitepoint, even after the fee to post it.
