Does Google hate squeeze pages?

Hey Warriors,

I'm curious if squeeze pages still work well with Adwords. I've been hearing a lot of mixed reviews lately.

Some people say they work great. Others that you're sure to get a low quality score.

I've used primarily full length sales pages in the past with decent results, but am looking into the list building benefits of squeeze pages now. What do you think?

Is there some recipe for a squeeze page that will get a good quality score? Maybe it has to be a certain length or contain specific things?

Or should I stick with sending traffic straight to a sales letter and lose out on list building?

Your insights are appreciated!

Andrew

Why not put an opt-in form on your sales letter?

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.
