Rough Idea of revenue for 30,000 uniques p/m

Hi All,

I am putting together a business plan and was wondering if you could give me a rough idea what adsense income to expect from a site with 30,000 uniques per month.

The site topic is everything in general!! It isnt targeting a specific niche.

    i think if you make a good template, with high CTR,

    you can get about 5-10% i think,

    every make 2,5 pageimpressions,
    thats, about 75000 page impression, and it will get you about 3000-7500 clicks, let say that you get 0,5$ pr click, it wil make you about 1500$-3750$ maybe your click price is higher but you can make ok money.
