Does anyone know if duplicate content effects pagerank at all? For example, can autoblogs with 100% duplicate content still have pagerank if it has links from high PR sites?

There is no effect, just make sure that the site stays indexed.

I would agree with Derek's comment.
On the other hand, and from personal experience, I've come to realize that PR does not mean squat.

I'd rather have a site with no PR or PR zero and at the top of page 1 in Google for a few million results than a site with PR4 and on page 5.

      Just my 2 cents worth.

Dulicate content do not really hurt your PageRank except for, you might not get back link for submitting a duplicate content. And Google Algorithm also has a way of finding out the site with the orginal content and gives credit to only that site.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I know pagerank doesn't matter, but it does still help when selling links.
